Elizabeta Torres is a drug dealer who deals drugs for at least ten years in Bohan, Liberty City. She has been successful for a long time because she didn't sell large amounts of drugs and she bribed and killed the right people. But she takes drugs herself, and she is a bit too addicted and gets paranoid.
Elizabeta will give you some work. In the mission The Snow Storm she will ask Niko to get back some stolen coke for her. But Niko gets busted by Karen who offers him a deal: he stays out of prison on condition that he does some work for the government. Elizabeta gets arrested later.
