BOABO

BOABO is a neighbourhood in Liberty City in GTA IV. BOABO is situated west of Broker aside of the Humboldt river. The name BOABO is an abbreviation of Beneath the Offramp of the Algonquin Bridge Overpass. BOABO is based on DUMBO, which is a neighbourhood in Brooklyn, New York. DUMBO itself is an abbreviation for Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass, so both neighbourhoods are named after their respective bridges.
