You can change the size of the moon in all GTA's of the GTA III era except off course GTA Advance (GTA III, GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, GTA Liberty City Stories and GTA Vice City Stories) by shooting at it with a sniper rifle. You can switch between eight sizes, except in GTA III, where the moon only has two sizes.
