Kendl Johnson is the sister of Carl, who likes to discuss, especially with Sweet, the brother of Kendl and Carl. Kendl is sad because of the fact that Carl wasn't there when everything in their family went wrong. She dates with Cesar, a member of the Varios Los Aztecs Gang in Los Santos. After the death of their mother Beverly she was considered the brain of their family.

Kendl is voiced by Yolanda Whittacker, who performs as hip-hop MC with the stage name "Yo-Yo".
