The Micro SMG, in the first PlayStation 2 version of GTA Vice City known as Uzi 9mm, later renamed to Uz-I, and in GTA III and GTA Advance known as the Uzi, is a submachine gun. It is a fairly powerfull weapon, with a high rate of fire. It is used by the SWAT in GTA Vice City, GTA Liberty City Stories.
There are two models of the Micro SMG. The biggest, displayed at the left, is based on the Uzi. As with the SMG, one cannot fire while moving. This model is used in GTA Vice City, GTA Liberty City Stories and GTA Vice City Stories. The other model can be seen at the right, and is based on the smaller version of the Uzi: the Micro Uzi. In contrast with his big brother, one can fire while walking with this version. The downside to this is the loss of accuracy. Grand Theft Auto III, GTA Advance, GTA San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto IV and GTA Chinatown Wars feature this smaller design.
In GTA San Andreas you will reach the 'gangster level' at 10% weapon skill, and 'hitman level' at 100%. When you have reached the hitman level, CJ will carry two Micro SMGs at the same time. The Micro SMG's weaponskill can be found in the statistics under "Machine Pistol", which both the Micro SMG and the Tec-9 share.
