Storyline (GTA V)

Not much is known about GTA V's storyline.

The game's logo has the Roman number "V" included, with a ribbon which says "five". The logo's style resembles to an American Dollar and the "five" has almost the same appearance as the antique Silver Certificate. It is assumed money plays a big role in the game's storyline. The first trailer shows references to the economic recession, for example a lot of homeless people are seen together under a viaduct and a person is shown who sells his house. In the game's official announcement it is indeed said that Grand Theft Auto V focuses on the pursuit of the almighty dollar. [1]

In the trailer an unknown person speaks about his decision to move to Los Santos. He talks about his future plans, but he says it didn't go exactly as planned.
